At HairbyMilan, we strive to provide the highest level of professionalism and service. To ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all clients, please review our policies carefully before booking your appointment.
Maintenance & Appointment Policies

Maintenance Appointments
- Maintenance services are only available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Please plan accordingly.

Closure & Frontal Maintenance
- We do not provide maintenance for closures or frontals that are older than three (3) weeks.

Late Policy
- Punctuality is essential. If you arrive 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will be automatically canceled to avoid scheduling conflicts.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged in full, with no exceptions.

Frontal & Closure Requirements
- Previously worn frontals or closures from another stylist will not be accepted for installation. Please provide new, unused pieces.
- Only full HD lace frontals and closures are accepted for services.

T-Part Wig Policy
- We do not install T-part wigs under any circumstances.

Bundle Requirements
- For a seamless and professional install, all bundles must be whole and uncut (with the exception of one cut bundle per install).

Hair Preparation Guidelines
- If you choose to arrive with pre-washed hair, ensure there is no oil or grease in the hair. This helps achieve the best styling results.

Deposit Policy
- All deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your appointment slot.

Color Services
- For custom color services, bundles must be dropped off at least 4-5 business days prior to your appointment to allow sufficient processing time.

We take great pride in offering premium quality wigs, bundles, and hair products. Please note our policies regarding purchases:

No Refunds
- Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

Final Sale Policy
- Once a purchase is made, it cannot be exchanged or returned. Please double-check your order before completing your transaction.

Product Liability
- We are not responsible for any products, wigs, or bundles once they have been sold and in your possession for over seven (7) days.
