BOOKING POLICIES
- Closure & Frontal Maintenance: Not provided after 3 weeks.
- Late Policy: If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment will be charged in full.
- Deposit Policy: Non-refundable deposits are required to secure bookings.
- Hair Preparation: No oils or grease in hair if arriving shampooed.
- Bundle & Lace Requirements: Only full HD lace frontals & closures accepted. Bundles must be whole, with one cut bundle allowed.
- Color Services: Bundles for color services must be dropped off 4-5 business days before the appointment.
